We have used Stefanie for two Disneyland trips—one in 2024 and another in 2025—and she was absolutely amazing both times! One trip was just our family (2 adults & one child). The next trip we had another family with their two kids go to Disneyland with us for 70th Anniversary. It was so special! Stefanie is incredibly detailed, organized, and truly thinks of everything. She took care of so many little details that we didn’t even know to think about, which made our trips completely stress-free. But what really showed us how special Stefanie is was when I unexpectedly ended up in the ER during our trip. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and Stefanie immediately called to make sure I was okay. She kept me calm, made sure I would have a way back to the hotel, and even contacted my family, who were still in the park and had no idea I had gone to the ER. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay and kept us all informed. Nevertheless, it was such a wonderful feeling to have everything planned out for us and simply be able to show up and enjoy the magic! Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We are so grateful for her and wouldn’t plan a Disneyland trip without her! Highly recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for a travel agent who truly cares about her clients and their experience. ❤️🏰✨
