I highly recommend Cheryl Popoutsis as a travel agent! Cheryl planned the Hawaiian cruise my husband and I took in February 2026, and she was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and was instrumental in helping us select our land excursions. Cheryl went above and beyond by recommending high-quality excursions that were less expensive than those offered by the cruise line, saving us a significant amount of money without sacrificing the quality of our experience. Cheryl is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and always pleasant to work with. Her attention to detail and commitment to making our trip enjoyable made the planning process easy and stress-free. We went to Disney 4/23-4/27, staying at Port Orleans Riverside for a sisters trip. This was not my first Disney trip booked with Tiffany, and it won't be my last! She not only helped book everything, checking in multiple times during the planning to make sure everything was on track and then again during the trip... she was even available to help when I got lost in the airport! She always provides dining recommendations and helps book them, making sure I know how and where to make changes if necessary. She made sure I knew how to maximize our Lightning Lane use, and helps pick a resort for the most unique Disney experience each time. She checked in multiple times during the trip, providing suggestions for other dining, and where to find the best snacks... and coffee, and to make sure that my quiet Sunday was everything I wanted it to be! She really does go out of her way to make sure each trip is full of Disney magic!

Cheryl is an excellent travel agent. She helped me plan a “trip of a lifetime” to Disney and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida for my daughter, grandkids and me! The trip was for two weeks -- June 3 - June 17, 2026. Cheryl is extremely knowledgeable about the Disney Parks and researched Universal Studios to increase her knowledge about those parks, too. She pre-planned the trip with respect to the wants/needs of 2 adults, an 8 and a 2 year old. Cheryl assisted me in choosing the Disney resort that fit our family's needs best (Disney's Polynesian Village) and was able to book all of our restaurants of choice for both parks for the entire trip. Cheryl was extremely helpful and made the complex easy to understand. She gave us great advice verbally, via email, and mail on how to navigate the parks' successfully. My daughter and I especially loved the My Mickey Vacation Travel Walt Disney World Personal Itinerary book she sent to us that covered the what, when and how for each day of our trip, including our stay at the Universal Parks. The book was conveniently organized into 6 sections: Trip Details, Need to Know, Dining, Park Orientation, Mouselaneous tips and Universal park information . Included within the book was information on how to choose the Lightning Lane Pass option that was best for us -- that was appreciated greatly. Cheryl really cares about her clients. I truly was impressed when she asked me which Disney/Universal characters my grandkids liked best; and then took time to personally tailor activities for them for the plane ride in accordance with their preferences. Cheryl is thorough, kind and responsive. She is easy to talk and/or email with and typically responded to my questions within 2 hours or less. I highly recommend her as a travel agent—she is superb!

We have been a LOYAL Tiffany family for over 6 years now. We went on what we called the "Once in a life Disney World trip" with our kids. I was so overwhelmed by the endless choices, and different names of everything. Insert Tiffany and all of her organizational magic, who made it so effortless. We have since done 10 trips since then. We couldn't of ever done any of that without her! She helps you pick things that work for your family, always finds deals, and neat opportunities to add to make extra magic. Not to mention shes a wonderful human who is just so kind and caring. She helped us navigate adding a wheelchair ( electric scooter) even though she hadnt that prior. She helped me gain confidence for all I could do and access. Anytime something happened ( one year we had to drive have way because we got caught in a hurricane and our plane wouldn't fly back out for days) and with a simple text to her, she stepped in and handled everything for us. We showed up , everything was perfect and she was so so happy for our family making it. She never let us figure anything out alone even during the hardest parts. All in all we will never not have a Tiffany trip. We tell EVERYONE we know about her and how seamless she makes it. If you are even slightly thinking about going, reach out. This was our first trip to Disney World and I felt completely overwhelmed and once I reached to Stefanie it really felt like a fairy godmother coming to save the day. She helped us stay at the most perfect location on property and gave us so many tips and tricks and was there if I had any questions, even if I thought they were silly. She was always available to talk, even on our trip. I would definitely use Stefanie to book ANY holiday or vacation!

Kari helped my family with a fantastic trip to Barbados this summer. She gave us multiple options for the resort. She is excellent to work with, and attentive to details. She pays attention to your needs and/or wants. She cares about success. I will always use her for future vacation planning. I'd give her 10 stars or double the normal 5. Kirbie is detailed and goes above and beyond. We went to Italy, Turkey & Greece. Attention to detail. Planned food tasting, where we stayed close to the fountain, etc.

I have booked multiple cruises with Stefanie. We went on Disney cruises in July 2025 and July 2026, on the Disney Wish & Disney Fantasy. Each time was flawless! She is super knowledgeable and easy to work with! She will follow up, call you if you would like at any time, and sends a very detailed packet before you leave. Will continue to book all of my trips with Stefanie!

Stefanie was so wonderful to work with booking our first Royal Caribbean cruise! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and treated us like "Royalty"!

I can’t say enough great things about Kari and the job she did planning our family’s Disney vacation. She helped us put together an incredible trip that included a stay at Disney’s Yacht Club, time in the parks, and then a Disney Wish cruise out of Port Canaveral — and she made the entire process incredibly easy from beginning to end. We traveled to Walt Disney World in Orlando and then sailed on the Disney Wish to the Bahamas in Spring 2026. We’ve been to Disney before, but this was our first time combining a Walt Disney World vacation with a Disney Cruise. Having Kari coordinate everything together made a huge difference and made the entire trip incredibly easy for our family. Planning a Disney trip for a family of five can get complicated quickly, especially when you’re combining Disney World and a cruise, but Kari stayed on top of every detail. She helped us work through resort options, park tickets and Park Hoppers, the cruise reservation, our itinerary, ride planning, and all of the little deadlines and details that are easy to miss. She was always available when we had a question and made sure we knew what needed to be done and when. What impressed me most was that we never felt like we were being sold a cookie-cutter vacation. Kari listened to what our family wanted and helped build the trip around us. We had time to actually enjoy the Yacht Club and Stormalong Bay, had an awesome time in the parks, and then finished the vacation aboard the Disney Wish visiting Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay. The Wish was absolutely fantastic and was the perfect way to finish the trip. Once we were actually on vacation, everything just worked — and that’s probably the best compliment I can give a travel agent. We were able to enjoy the trip with our kids instead of worrying about reservations, deadlines, or whether we had forgotten something. It ended up being one of our favorite family vacations, and Kari played a huge part in making that happen. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning Disney World, a Disney Cruise, or especially a trip combining the two. We will definitely be using her again. Five stars without hesitation!

Disney World, September 2026, a family of 4 with kids under 8. Stefanie has planned 3 of our Disney trips now. She is a wealth of knowledge and took us from “one big trip” to planning annual trips. Disney can be daunting and expensive, but with Stefanie’s tips & tricks it’s become our family's favorite place to be! I give Stefanie my thoughts/preferences and she makes suggestions and recommendations for dining & resort options. I love that Stefanie has become a trusted advisor & friend. We drove from WI to Wilmington, NC for our daughter’s graduation beach vacation. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything that we wanted to do. Kari was amazing and helped with all that we needed. She got us a hotel that was clean, great location and near the beach. We will definitely be booking with her for our next summer vacation.

Five stars does not feel like enough for Stefani! Stefani planned our cruise for a group of 16 on the NCL Luna, and she was incredible from beginning to end. We sailed on the Norwegian Luna June 6 to 13, 2026, round-trip from Miami, visiting Puerto Plata, St. Thomas, Tortola, and Great Stirrup Cay. We are experienced cruisers and have used other travel planners in the past, but no one has ever taken care of us with this level of attention to detail. She handled everything from our hotel and transportation to the port to coordinating large group dinners and arranging group photos. She helped us choose excursions, gave us advice on what was worth doing, and even offered recommendations for sightseeing on our own outside of organized excursions. Stefani helped us plan every part of the trip, including our time in each port. We have cruised many times, but this was the first cruise where I truly felt like all I had to do was show up. Stefani had already thought about the details, including some we had never thought of ourselves. With 16 people traveling together, that is no small accomplishment. The moment that stood out was realizing I wasn\u2019t managing the trip. With 16 people, I\u2019m usually thinking ahead, organizing, and making sure everyone else knows where they need to be. Stefani had already taken care of everything. For the first time on a cruise, I felt like I simply had to show up and enjoy myself. She was always available and incredibly quick to respond. No question or request ever felt like too much. She genuinely cared about our trip and about making sure everyone in our group had a great experience. Somewhere along the way, Stefani stopped feeling like our travel planner and became our friend. She earned our trust completely, and I cannot imagine booking another trip without her. We have worked with other travel planners before. After working with Stefani, we have found ours. She will be handling our travel from now on. I would recommend her without hesitation, especially for anyone planning a cruise or coordinating travel for a large group. Stefanie is the most amazing, helpful, organized, friendly, & responsive travel agent! She helped my family make our first Disney cruise —and our family’s first cruise altogether —an amazing experience! We went on a Bahamas cruise in June 2026. She talked me through finding the best itinerary and stateroom for my family; she reminded me when all of my booking windows were well in advance; she processed all of my payments so I could pay little by little over time. She helped with booking windows for onboard extras, helped us get an onboard credit promo, and helped with resort recommendations for pre cruise. She also arranged ground transportation to the port for us as well. Most of all, she answered all my questions in a kind, timely manner, always going the extra mile to get me alllll the info possible. A Disney cruise is a big investment for our family, so we are SO glad Stefanie helped us make it the most magical vacation possible for our kids.

We have used Stefanie for two Disneyland trips—one in 2024 and another in 2025—and she was absolutely amazing both times! One trip was just our family (2 adults & one child). The next trip we had another family with their two kids go to Disneyland with us for 70th Anniversary. It was so special! Stefanie is incredibly detailed, organized, and truly thinks of everything. She took care of so many little details that we didn’t even know to think about, which made our trips completely stress-free. But what really showed us how special Stefanie is was when I unexpectedly ended up in the ER during our trip. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance, and Stefanie immediately called to make sure I was okay. She kept me calm, made sure I would have a way back to the hotel, and even contacted my family, who were still in the park and had no idea I had gone to the ER. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was okay and kept us all informed. Nevertheless, it was such a wonderful feeling to have everything planned out for us and simply be able to show up and enjoy the magic! Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We are so grateful for her and wouldn’t plan a Disneyland trip without her! We went to Orlando with our family of 6. She not only helped us find and book our hotel at the best price but also mid trip added another room for us so quickly! She goes above and beyond to help and make your experience the best possible. She can help with anything: park times, best options for dining, distance to and from where you want to go.
